Returns Policy
FAULTY ITEMS: Under Australian Consumer Law we will exchange faulty and defective products where the product is faulty. Please email explaining the fault before returning the faulty products. Returned product, which will be at the buyers cost with new item resent being at OSTO’s cost.
CHANGE OF MIND: We will not allow an exchange or store credit for change of mind returns even if the packaging has not been opened. Due to the personal nature of adult products and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened.
We will accept returns if the item is delivered faulty or damaged, or if the wrong item is delivered.
Please ring 0414 404 460 explaining the fault before returning the faulty products. We will then provide you with details of how you can return the product.
